Parasha Ki Tisa n.22

G-d had already commanded Moses how to build a Tent of Appointed Meeting for G-d. This Dwelling Place was a moveable holy sanctuary where the people can bring offerings to G-d. Priests were to wear special garments and wash before officiating in this sanctuary. Each person, rich and poor, was to donate half shekel to finance the service in the sanctuary. “As for you, Moses,” G-d continued, “take the finest spices and the finest olive oil and make a holy anointment. You shall anoint the Tent of Appointed Meeting, the Ark of the Testimony and all within the sanctuary. Sanctify them so that they become holy and that all who touch them become holy. “Tell the children of Israel to keep My Sabbaths so that you may know that I am the Lord who sanctifies you. For those who profane My Sabbath, their soul shall be cut off from among the people. Six days shall work be done, but the seventh day is a Sabbath of solemn rest, holy to the Lord. This shall be a perpetual covenant, a sign between Me and the children of Israel forever, for in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day G-d ceased from work and rested.

Parasha Ki Tisa n.22

Weekly Parasha - Parashot Parashat Parashah The Studio in Venice by Michal Meron SIDROT-5LQ

The image above, is showing the opening part of our Illustrated Torah scroll with the first 4 sidrot. This is a canvas reproduction of the opening part of our Medium size Illustrated Torah Scroll. The scroll contains all 54 sidrot of the Torah in paintings. It is used as a fundraiser (MAKES BETWEEN 75k and 145k) for communities and it costs a tiny fraction.

As you can see here in the video, this is also a great tool for Simchat Torah and the picture of 250 kids all holding the scroll up gives the chills.

I hope to have awakened your curiosity. We have to help each other in times of distress, and this is the way we can help you and you can help us.

If you are interested, let us know and I will send to you the “Real sampler” Free of Charge.

BTW, Michal is now painting an original scroll which will be ready in approximately one year.

Same paintings only originals on canvas and will be made out as a scroll.
